‘Vikshit Bharat' Program Held At SOA

Bhubaneswar: The discussion on the prospects of a ‘Vikshit Bharat,’ with a focus on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), took place at the ‘Amrit Kal Vimarsh Vikshit Bharat @ 2047’ program held at Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan(SOA) Deemed to be University on Thursday.

 The session was facilitated by resource person Dr. Krushna Chandra Gouda, Senior Principal Scientist at CSIR Fourth Paradigm Institute, Bengaluru. Prof. Pradipta Kumar Nanda, Vice-Chancellor of SOA, Prof. Jyoti Ranjan Das, Dean (Students’ Welfare), and Prof. Santosh Kumar Rout,  Dean of the Institute of Agricultural Sciences (IAS), who addressed the gathering, discussed the development of nations and the role of youth.

Prof. Bijay Kumar Sahoo, Advisor of IAS, and Prof. Sushant Ranjan Chaini, Dean of SOA School of Hotel Management, were also present at the program. The coordination of the program was overseen by Dr. Anshuman Jena of IAS. The event drew more than 500 participants, including students, research scholars, faculty members, and technical staff. Students were actively encouraged to participate in the ‘Voice of Youth’ program, sharing their innovative ideas on the Vikshit Bharat platform.
