Jharsuguda: The Jharsuguda operations of Vedanta Aluminium, India’s largest aluminium producer, have recently been recognized as the top revenue generator for Indian Railways in the Sambalpur Division. Shri Tushar Kant Pandey, Divisional Railways Manager, Sambalpur Division, along with Shri Tanmay Mukhopadhyay, Senior Divisional Operating Manager, and Shri S S Nayak, Senior Divisional Safety Officer, honored the company for this achievement at a special event held at its aluminium plant in Jharsuguda.

The event featured a safety rally underscoring Vedanta’s unwavering commitment to safety and efficient logistics management. Employees and business partners actively participated in quizzes and drawing competitions themed around the illustrious history and heritage of Indian Railways.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Sunil Gupta, COO of Vedanta Aluminium, expressed gratitude, stating, “Being recognized by Indian Railways as the top revenue generator in the Sambalpur Division is truly humbling.
