Bhubaneswar: Hindalco, a part of the Aditya Birla Group, has initiated the “GYANARJAN Project” at its Hirakud unit in Odisha, aiming to empower students in challenging subjects like science, mathematics, and English. The project targets Class-V and Class-X students, preparing them for entrance exams into prestigious professional courses and institutes. In collaboration with ALOK of Burla, the project has established education centers at Sai World School in Hirakud and Government Nodal High School in Mahammadpur.

A notable aspect is the aspiration of many students from marginalized backgrounds to join renowned institutions such as Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya and Navodaya Vidyalayas. GYANARJAN steps in to equip these students with the necessary knowledge and skills for entrance exams, starting from Class-X and extending to Class-V, fostering ambition from an early age.

The curriculum is comprehensive, covering subjects like Science, Social Science, Mathematics, English, and Odia. Specialized remedial classes are provided for Class-X students in Science, Mathematics, and English, ensuring a strong foundation. Rigorous evaluation and parental involvement play crucial roles in guiding students through their academic journey.
