Golden Peacock Awards, instituted by the Institute of Directors (IOD), India in 1991, are now regarded as a benchmark of Corporate Excellence worldwide.

Tata Steel has been declared the winner of the prestigious Golden Peacock National Training Award for the year 2024, underscoring its steadfast dedication to excellence in learning and development, thereby establishing a notable standard within the industry. The Golden Peacock Awards, initiated by the Institute of Directors (IOD) in India in 1991, have gained global recognition as a hallmark of Corporate Excellence.

His Highness Sheikh Nahayan Bin Mabarak Al Nahayan, Honorable Cabinet Member and Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, Government of UAE, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Sunjay Sudhir, Ambassador of India to the UAE, had the privilege of presenting the award to Tata Steel.
