He illuminated the anticipated surge in job opportunities, foreseeing the industry’s potential to generate over 100,000 employment prospects within the country’s borders in the foreseeable future.

As the CEO of Kaynes SemiCon Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Panicker underscored the pivotal role of Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) in India’s semiconductor sector, emphasizing its transformative impact on the industry.

He expounded on the government’s proactive stance, anticipating a substantial economic boost through the creation of these job opportunities, catalyzing the development of the semiconductor ecosystem.

Drawing upon India’s illustrious track record in the services sector, he referenced industry stalwarts such as TCS, Infosys, HCL, and WIPRO, accentuating the nation’s prowess in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), complemented by its reputation as a design powerhouse and the presence of globally esteemed universities.

In positioning Kaynes SemiCon Pvt. Ltd as a cornerstone of the OSAT domain, Mr. Panicker portrayed the company as a frontrunner poised to lead the semiconductor sector’s evolution from silicon to system integration.
