‘Mo College’ Receives Prestigious ‘SKOCH’ Award.
Bhubaneswar: The ‘Mo College Abhijan’ has achieved another significant milestone by receiving the prestigious ‘SKOCH’ Award, renowned as India’s most credible independent honor. Renowned for its rigorous and impartial assessment process, the initiative witnessed the participation of approximately 1000 government departments from various states. The assessment process involved three key stages: PR Voting, Online Voting, and Jury Evaluation, culminating in the recognition of well-performing projects and their outcomes.
During the award ceremony held at the Annexe Hall, Constitution Club of India, New Delhi, Mr. Akash Dasnayak, Chairperson of Mo College, accepted the award on behalf of the organization. The SKOCH Award, celebrating individuals, projects, and institutions dedicated to advancing India’s progress, spans across digital, financial, and social inclusion efforts. It acknowledges excellence in governance, technology, corporate leadership, citizen service delivery, and other crucial areas often overlooked in industry-sponsored events.
The SKOCH Award is esteemed as the highest civilian honor bestowed by an independent organization in the country. Meanwhile, Mo College Abhijan Parichalana Sangathan (MCAPS) continues its transformative journey, encompassing 850 colleges, universities, B.Ed colleges, polytechnics, engineering institutions, and government-aided colleges. Aligned with the 5T Action plan of Honorable Chief Minister, Shri Naveen Patnaik, the program’s success results from effective technological interventions, collaborative teamwork, and transparent processes within specified timelines, showcasing Odisha’s educational transformation on a global scale.
Mo College has exemplified the ethos of “contribution knows no bounds,” fostering strong connections between alumni and their alma maters within the state. Reflecting on the journey, Mr. Dasnayak expressed gratitude towards everyone associated with Mo College for their dedication and passion, viewing the award as a testament to their collective efforts.
