JSW Foundation Lays Foundation Stone For Streetlight Installation Project
Jharsuguda: The Department of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within JSW BPSL has reached a significant milestone by laying the foundation stone for the installation of streetlights stretching from Prasanna Panda Chowk to Biju Pattanaik Chowk in Jharsuguda. This endeavor stands as a testament to the unwavering dedication of JSW Foundation towards enriching community infrastructure and safeguarding the welfare of local residents.
With an anticipated expenditure of Rs. 1.08 crore, this project is poised to illuminate the streets, thus augmenting visibility and bolstering safety measures for pedestrians and commuters within the vicinity. The cornerstone-laying ceremony was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Chief Guest Sushree Dipali Das, Honorable MLA of Jharsuguda, and Guest of Honour Mr. Brajbhandhu Bhoi, ADM of Jharsuguda, alongside Mr. S.N. Singh, Vice President of Projects & Public Relations. Additionally, Smt. Rani Hati, Chairperson of Jharsuguda Municipality, lent her presence to the occasion, adding to its significance.
Representatives from JSW BPSL, including Mr. Manoj Singh, Vice President of Security & Vigilance, Mr. Vishal Raj, Head of CSR, and their team, were present to witness and partake in this momentous event.
