GenAI Platform Hanooman Enters Into Strategic Partnership With 3AI Holding

It Aims To Reach 200 Million Users In Its First Year Of Launch In India

UAE-based 3AI Holding Limited, a global AI investment firm headquartered in Abu Dhabi specializing in investments in AI infrastructure and foundational AI companies, has announced a strategic partnership with SML India. This partnership will jointly own ‘Hanooman’, India’s largest and most accessible multilingual GenAI platform, introduced by Seetha Mahalaxmi Healthcare (SML) in February this year at NASSCOM’s NTLF Techade conference. The enhanced ‘Hanooman’, powered by 3AI Holding’s proprietary Omega generative AI technology, is set to launch on May 1, 2024.

With this collaboration, Hanooman aims to reach 200 million users across 22 Indian languages within its first year of launch. Given that 80% of India’s 1.42 billion population does not speak English, Hanooman’s focus on local languages will democratize access to AI, with both 3AI Holding and SML owning a 50% stake. This partnership will enable Hanooman to provide multimodal and multilingual capabilities, including text, voice, image, and code, to its users, fostering a generative AI ecosystem in India and beyond.
