Chairman 5T VK Pandian Visits Cuttack District
Bhubaneswar: On the directive of Chief Minister Sri Naveen Patnaik, Chairman of 5T and Nabin Odisha, Sri. V.K. Pandian conducted a comprehensive review of ongoing developmental initiatives in Cuttack District. Emphasizing the importance of the Nua-O Program, he interacted with students from all colleges in Cuttack at the Lower Baliyatra Ground.
The discussion revolved around the program’s role in providing a platform for young individuals to showcase their talents, fostering overall personality development alongside academic achievements. Encouraging the students, he urged them to work diligently and cultivate self-confidence to attain success.
Sri Pandian delved into the scrutiny of significant temple development projects such as the Chandi temple, Charchika temple in Banki, Bhattarika temple, Maa Pragala Peetha in Badamba, Paramahamsa Peetha in Cuttack, Dhabaleswar temple in Athagarh, Acyutananda temple in Nemalo, and Madhaba temple in Niali.
Subsequently, he reviewed major projects and ongoing Mega PWS Projects in the district. This encompassed Narasinghpur, Badamba, Banki, Dampada, Barang, Athgarh, Tigiria, Tangi-Choudwar, Mahanga, and Nischintakoili blocks, with a collective budget of Rs. 1250 Crs. Several of these projects were initiated following Sh Pandian’s previous visit to Cuttack District in August 2023, during which he participated in grievance meetings and collected feedback from the public.
Throughout the day, Sri Pandian engaged with the public at Upper Baliyatra Ground, Cuttack, actively listening to grievances on various issues and assuring prompt resolutions.
