Telangana CM A. Revanth Reddy directs officials to identify land parcels to establish Industrial clusters
Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has instructed relevant authorities to identify suitable land parcels ranging from 500 to 1000 acres for the establishment of new industrial clusters. These parcels should be located within a 50-100 km radius from the International Airport and national highways, situated between the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and the proposed Regional Ring Road (RRR) near Hyderabad.
During a recent meeting with senior officials to discuss industrial development in the state, the Chief Minister emphasized the need for acquiring dry and non-cultivable lands to prevent farmers’ losses and minimize the potential for pollution.
The Chief Minister has specifically directed officials to provide details on the extent of lands allocated for industrial purposes and the remaining unused land. A comprehensive report is expected, covering the land allotted for industrial development in various areas, the number of industries established on the allocated land, and the current status of those industries.
