12th Annual Day Celebrations of Gurukul International Public School Held

Berhampur: Education plays a pivotal role in fostering comprehensive human development, a sentiment emphasized by Bikram Kumar Panda, Brahampur MLA and Chairman of the Ganjam District Planning Board. Speaking as the chief guest during the 12th annual day celebrations of Gurukul International Public School at Goods Shed Road, Panda underscored the importance of this awareness for every student.
Acknowledging the students as the future architects of society, both educators and parents echoed the collective responsibility of nurturing a well-constructed future. Joining the event as the guest of honor was Berhampur MP Chandrashekhar Sahu, while State Planning Board member and former Berhampur MLA Dr. Ramesh Chandra Chau Patnaik attended as a distinguished guest. The gathering also included former Jagannath Prasad MLA Simanchal Behera and Ranjan Kumar Palai, along with former corporator Jagannath Sabat among others.
During the annual day celebration, Dr. Narayan Mishra and Dr. Ravi Kumar were felicitated their contributions to the field of healthcare, while Gosani nuagaon police station IIC Smriti Pradhan was honored for her service. Prashant Mahapatra, Chairman of Gurkul International, presided over the event, emphasizing the institution’s commitment to embracing modern technology and delivering quality education.
Madhusmita Parida, the school president, presented the annual report, and students who excelled in various arts competitions were felicitated by the esteemed guests. The event concluded with a captivating cultural program presented by the talented students. Expressing gratitude, Editor Anita Padhi delivered the vote of thanks, highlighting the collaborative efforts towards advancing education and holistic development.
