Bhubaneswar: On the auspicious eve of International Women’s Day, Dr. Achyuta Samanta, the esteemed Founder of KIIT and KISS, delivered a stirring address to the women staff of the KIIT group of institutions, resonating with themes of gender equality and female empowerment deeply ingrained within the organization’s ethos.
Dr. Samanta took pride in announcing that women comprised an impressive 50 percent of the workforce within the KIIT family, a testament to the institution’s dedication to fostering a workplace culture where happiness and mutual respect flourish harmoniously.
