Sanapadar passenger halt soon to be reality
Bhubaneswar: During the visit of the Minister of Railways, Communications, and Electronics & Information Technology in the first week of January 2024 to Daspalla, the residents of Sanapadar, along with public representatives, requested the establishment of a Passenger Halt at Sanapadar, situated between Begunia and Rajsunakhala Stations along the ongoing Khurda Road-Balangir Rail Line.
This proposed Passenger Halt aims to enhance rail service accessibility for the residents of this locality. Mr. Vaishnaw assured the residents and instructed authorities to commence construction within 20 days.
It is commendable that the Railway Minister has fulfilled his promise and initiated the construction of the Passenger Halt at Sanapadar as committed. The commencement of work for this facility is scheduled to begin tomorrow, promising substantial benefits for the local community.
