3 more names announced by BJD for Assembly polls
Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) announced its candidates for three additional assembly constituencies in Odisha in preparation for the upcoming elections. This announcement, constituting the 8th list for the Odisha assembly polls, promptly followed the Bharatiya Janata Party’s announcement of candidates for 8 assembly seats in the state.
According to the declaration, the incumbent party has nominated Gautam Buddha Das for the Bhograi assembly seat, Pradeep Sahu for the Begunia assembly seat, and Rajendra Sahu for the Khurda assembly seat. Nonetheless, the BJD has yet to finalize candidates for the remaining three assembly seats: Khandapada, Nilagiri, and Korei.
